How to Apply

The admission process at APU is very convenient and can be completed in simple steps. You can even submit your admission application while at home.

Fill Online Application
Submit the online application form and upload the required documents in PDF format.
Step 2
Offer Letter Issued
Once your application is received, it will be reviewed and verified for eligibility in the selected programme. Eligible applicants will receive an Offer Letter via email.
Step 3
Payment of Admission Fee
Pay the admission fee online before the deadline mentioned in the Offer Letter to confirm and secure your seat in the selected programme.
Step 4
Admission Confirmation
Once your admission fee is received, your admission will be confirmed, and you will receive an Admission Letter along with access to the Fee Portal for fee payments.
Step 5
Payment of Program Fee
Pay the tuition fee, refundable deposit, and other applicable fees through the Fee Portal before the deadline to officially enroll in your chosen programme.

With the objective of encouraging meritorious students and academic excellence, scholarships are offered to deserving students of the university by the apex foundation.

Platinum Scholarship

INR 2,00,000/-

Students must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to qualify for the scholarship:

  • 80% above marks in the qualifying exam
  • 60% above marks in the CUET /NEET/ CLAT/GATE/ GPAT

How to apply for a scholarship at APU?

Scholarships are awarded automatically based on performance in the qualifying examination and national-level entrance tests such as CUET, NEET, GPAT, GATE, and CLAT and you do not need to apply separately. APU admission team will be evaluating your eligibility for admission in the applied programme as well as scholarship on the basis of your performance in the qualifying exam and National level Entrance Test.

What is a Qualifying Examination?

The Qualifying Examination refers to the last programme you have completed based on which you are applying for admission. For Diploma and Bachelor’s programmes BA/ B.Sc./ BBA,/ BCA /BNYS), the qualifying examination is 10+2. For Postgraduate programmes (MA / M.SC./ MBA/ MCA/ LLB / B.Ed./ MD) i, it is a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, while for LL.M., the qualifying examination is LL.B.

What are the Hostel facilities available?

Can I migrate to APU directly in the second or third year?

Students studying in recognized universities may apply for transfer or migration to Apex Professional University by submitting the Credit Transfer Application, syllabus/curriculum, and academic results via email to doa@ApexUniversity.edu.in. The evaluation process may take 3–4 weeks, so early application is recommended.

What documents should I upload if my result is awaited?

If your final result is awaited, you may upload all previous academic certificates at the time of application. You should submit your final result at the time of reporting at the University.

What should I do if I have not received the email or WhatsApp after registration?

If you have not received any email or WhatsApp after paying Application Processing fee of Rs. 999/-, you can email the details of your Application Number to doa@apexUniversity.edu.in
